I can't say enough good things about Gerco Air. After 2 weeks on vacation and several travel frustrations I came home Monday am to a dead AC unit and record high temperatures over 100*. I was worried that would compound my troubles but it absolutely was not the case with Gerco Air.

I texted Joe at 6:30am explaining my issue and was BEYOND surprised that he responded back promptly notifying me he'd squeeze me in that morning. He came and diagnosed the problem as a fried board. With a 20 year old unit he discussed the different options available to me and price points for each service.

When I decided to replace the entire system, he gave me a quote and explained to me the difference between the 14 and 16 seer and helped me pick the one best for my needs. Of course he had to order the system, but he went ABOVE AND BEYOND getting a new board installed the same day to tide me over until the shipment came in. I have always had an upstairs room that never cooled with the old system and Joe diagnosed the issue and we decided to install a blower in that duct which has made all the difference.

Joe was communicative throughout the order process and came back on Friday to do the full install. Joe and Jeff worked very hard to get the system in and once they were done, Joe patiently explained how best to care for my system to keep it in good working order. He evaluated my needs and went above and beyond to get me immediately comfortable AND to provide a system that was better suited to my space. Gerco Air is 100% my FIRST and ONLY text for any AC issue.

My family and I recently moved to palmer and I needed to have the hvac looked at. I found Gerco air online and within 30 minutes of calling, Joe was at my house. I told him I was interested in replacing an undersized unit and had him order me the top of the line 2 ton american standard platinum 20 seer unit. He did a wonderful job on the install and even ran a new duct and added a vent in one of my back rooms. This unit is the quietest I have ever heard and I will be using him and his company for all my hvac needs. Thank you Joe.

Hands down the best Hvac company around. Not only is Joe (the owner) an all around nice guy but he knows his business and is a pleasure to talk to and explains everything along the way answering any and all questions. I found my guy from now on Joe has my business!

My ac quit working and my landlord usually uses another guy but he was out of town and was gonna charge extra for coming out so I called Gerco Air and a technician (his name was Joe) was out in less than 30 minutes he had my air conditioner back up and running cold less than 30mins he was awesome. And his charge was very reasonable. Needless to say I told my landlord and from here on out he said we will call Gerco to do hvac repairs and maintenance and I will refer them to anyone that needs hvac work. I give them 5 star rating Thanks Joe your a life saver?
